AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS
We are THYNOX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). We operate the website https://www.thynox.com (the “Site”), along with any related products and services that reference these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”). You may contact us by email at: connect@thynox.com
These Legal Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (personally or on behalf of an entity) and Thynox, governing your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES IMMEDIATELY.
We may update these Legal Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend saving a copy of these Legal Terms for your records.
The Services are intended for users aged 18 and older. Individuals under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
1. OUR SERVICES
The information available through the Services is not intended for use in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations. All Content and Marks are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in applicable jurisdictions worldwide.
Content and Marks are made available through the Services for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business purposes only.
Your Use of Our Services
Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services and download or print Content solely for personal or internal business use.
No Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission. To request such permission, contact us at legal@thynox.com. Any approved use must include proper attribution to Thynox as the owner or licensor.
Any breach of these intellectual property rights will constitute a material breach of these Legal Terms and will result in immediate termination of your right to use the Services.
Your Submissions
By sending us any feedback, suggestions, or other information about the Services (“Submissions”), you assign all intellectual property rights in that Submission to Thynox. We may use Submissions for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
When submitting content, you confirm that:
- You will not submit anything illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or misleading
- You waive any moral rights in your Submissions to the extent permitted by law
- Your Submissions are original or you have the rights to submit them
- Your Submissions do not contain confidential information
You are solely responsible for your Submissions and agree to reimburse Thynox for any losses resulting from a breach of these obligations.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms
- You are not a minor in your jurisdiction
- You will not access the Services through automated or non-human means
- You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws
Providing false or inaccurate information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
When making purchases through the Services, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and keep it updated. All payments are processed in INR. Applicable taxes will be added where required. Prices are subject to change at any time.
You authorize Thynox to charge your selected payment method for all purchases. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.
5. REFUND POLICY
All services are final. Thynox does not issue refunds.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services for any purpose other than those for which they are made available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Scraping, mining, or extracting data from the Services without written permission
- Attempting to obtain sensitive account information through deceptive means
- Interfering with or bypassing the security features of the Services
- Disparaging or harming Thynox or its Services
- Using information from the Services to harass or harm others
- Submitting false abuse reports or misusing support services
- Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Impersonating other users or creating accounts under false pretenses
- Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Services
- Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the Services
- Using the Services to compete with Thynox or for unauthorized commercial purposes
- Advertising or selling goods and services through the Services without authorization
7. USER GENERATED CONTRIBUTIONS
The Services do not currently allow users to submit or publish public content.
8. CONTRIBUTION LICENSE
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Thynox may access, store, and use information and data you provide in accordance with your settings and choices. Any feedback you submit may be used and shared by Thynox for any purpose without compensation.
9. GUIDELINES FOR REVIEWS
Where review features are available, you agree to:
- Only review entities with which you have direct experience
- Keep reviews free of offensive, hateful, or discriminatory language
- Avoid referencing illegal activity
- Not post false or misleading statements
- Not organize coordinated review campaigns
- Not post reviews if affiliated with a competitor
Thynox reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove reviews at its sole discretion. Reviews do not represent the views of Thynox and we assume no liability for their content.
10. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
Thynox reserves the right to monitor the Services for violations, take legal action against violators, restrict or disable access to content, remove oversized or burdensome files, and manage the Services to protect our rights and ensure proper functioning.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
We take data privacy seriously. By using the Services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms. The Services are hosted in the United States. If you access the Services from another region, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, and you consent to such transfer by continuing to use the Services.
12. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect for as long as you use the Services. Thynox reserves the right to deny access, suspend, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Legal Terms. Upon termination, you may not re-register under any name. Thynox also reserves the right to pursue civil, criminal, or injunctive action where appropriate.
13. MODIFICATIONS AND INTERRUPTIONS
Thynox may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice or liability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for any downtime, delays, or errors. We have no obligation to provide updates or support for the Services.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Thynox operates. Any disputes arising under these Legal Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts in that jurisdiction.
15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Informal Negotiations Before initiating any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days following written notice from either party.
Restrictions All disputes must be resolved individually. Class actions and representative claims are not permitted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Exceptions Disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, piracy, privacy violations, or requests for injunctive relief are not subject to informal negotiation or arbitration requirements.
16. CORRECTIONS
Thynox reserves the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content on the Services at any time without prior notice.
17. DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS” AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THYNOX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THYNOX ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS, PERSONAL INJURY, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, MALWARE, OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES.
18. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
THYNOX AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold Thynox harmless including its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Legal Terms, violation of third-party rights, or harmful conduct toward other users.
20. USER DATA
Thynox maintains data you transmit to the Services for operational purposes. While we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for your data. Thynox is not liable for any data loss or corruption.
22. MISCELLANEOUS
These Legal Terms, together with any policies posted on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Thynox. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Legal Terms do not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Thynox may assign its rights and obligations at any time.
